Payments:
We accept most major credit cards. All credit card orders must be processed online using Paypal's secure website.

Return/Exchanges:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged items must be unused. All sale items are a FINAL SALE. If you or your recipient is not satisfied with the quality, or if it is damaged prior to the receipt, it will be replaced. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to defective merchandise.

Important information:
·   Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with any return or exchange without this information we cannot process your request. Please circle the items that you are returning or exchanging on the copy of the sales receipt and why.

·   If an item was purchased as a set, (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of incomplete sets.
                                                                 
·   Please note that we will only be able to issue a PayPal e-check for the original purchase.                                                                     

·   It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable. We STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

Once we receive the package, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail.                                       
·   It can take 2 to 4 weeks for a return to issue an e-check, so please be patient.

Privacy Policy:
Ga-Ga ensures that we will not share your information with anyone outside the company. Information will be used for shipping purposes, our customer database and occasional promotional emails.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available at Ga-Ga. Please contact us at custservice@ga-gaonline.com to obtain your certificate. To use a certificate, the recipient must mail in the original Gift Certificate to  Ga-Ga and once received, the order can be shipped. These orders must be placed through orders@ga-gaonline.com.   

Special Orders:
If you are sending your order as a gift, and the gift will not be ready " in time" (ie. in time for a baby shower, etc.), Email us at custservice@ga-gaonline.com and we will be happy to notify the recipient of your purchase.
